Có khả năng chống dầu và nước, Chống ăn mòn, rỉ sét nhờ có pha trộn chất " Protectant".
Không nóng chảy ở nhiệt độ cao, chống chịu tốt với môi trường bên ngoài khắc nghiệt.

Cách sử dụng sơn cách điện xanhBề mặt vật cần sơn cần phải được làm sạch sẽ, không dính dầu nhớt và bụi bẩn.Nên sử dụng sản phẩm như Sprayon’s S00848, ( chế phẩm vệ sinh an toàn điện ) Solvent & Degreaser để làm sạch trước khi sơn.Lắc kĩ bình xịt khoảng 1 phút. Giữ bình xịt ở khoảng cách từ 6 đến 8 inch so với bề mặt.Tránh xịt liên tiếp nhiều lần. Có thể phủ một lớp mỏng lên bề mặt để cho sơn không chảy, nhằm tạo sự kết dính tốt nhất.Để có kết quả tốt nhất, nên sử dụng trong nhiệt độ phòng 70°F-90°F. Sau khi xịt, lộn ngược bình và xịt cho đến khi sạch hết nhiên liệu.Ứng dụng sơn cách điện trong suốt EL600Sơn cách điện xanh EL609 được sử dụng cho các loại motor điện, máy móc, động cơ điện, ống dẫn điện bằng tôn hoặc thép, các dụng cụ bảo hộ, vật tư cần cách điện,..

 

 

Product Description

Sprayon EL 600 Clear Insulating Varnish is a fast-drying clear insulating enamel characterized by outstanding oil and chemical abrasion resistance. This enamel provides a smooth glossy surface which sheds dirt readily. Due to the dielectric strength of this material it may also be used for treating windings and mechanical components used as an oil proof finish for field coils and stator windings and the inside walls of control boxes. This varnish has excellent flexibility and water resistance.

Uses:
A proven insulator with high-arc resistance recommended for motor windings switchboards commuter ends field coils transformers armatures stator windings rings and frames sealing electrical electronic components bus bars.
Instructions for Use:
