Detial Information:
Scotch Premium Transparent Film Tape 600 is a transparent film tape that is excellent for various packaging applications. It has a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive system which is long aging and highly transparent, so it has stain and sunlight resistance which makes it an excellent choice for use on fabrics. Recommended for gift-wrapping, combining, attaching, light duty carton sealing and miscellaneous store use.
Applycation:
1. Objective: To assess the paint coating adhesion of products.
2. Scope: paint injection of products / Pad / bronzing / Printing part.
3. Equipment: 3M 810 adhesive tape, 3M 898 tape, knife.
4. Procedure:
4.1. Before the test must ensure that the paint coating is completely dry.
4.2. Using kinfe to cut the surface of paint into 11 parallel lines which the distance is 1 / 16 " and then cut perpendicularly into 11 parallel lines (the standard is to be broken paint coatings without damaging the plastic parts).
4.3. Test tape affixed to the notch surface (two ends of tape should be longer 1 / 2 " then notch, in order to place onwards) pressed tape with your fingers so that it hasn’t the air inside / and press at least 90 ± 30seconds .
4.4. Parallel 180 °pull the tape with the surface of paint-coated
