3M™ Tape Primer 94 can be used to promote adhesion of 3M tapes to surfaces such polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal, and painted metal surfaces.
This water-based formulation removes oils, grease, and mold release agents quickly and easily. The best way to improve adhesion on galvanized steel, plastics, and other surfaces. Heavily soiled surfaces may require a second application. Be sure to read and follow precautions and directions—see Technical Data below for more information on application procedures.

2. Operation
·Shake vigorously before use with3M94End of plastic bottles.
·Use3MSpecial tools or brushes, rollers ( no fiber loss ) , the94Bottom is evenly coated with the adhesive surface of the coating thickness is generally2 ~ 4u.
3Drying time
·Drying time is generally depending on the temperature , humidity, coating thickness varies .
·Normal drying time :1Minute~ 1Hour
·Best Drying time:10Minute~ 30Min ( temperature:23°Humidity65%)
·Should be noted that during the coating surface is absolutely free from contamination
4Double-sided adhesive tape
·The double-sided tape to the surface of the coating has dried , and subjected to a certain pressure.
Note:
· 1.3M 94Primer is a chemically active substance , so every use, simply remove the day (8H ) the amount still remaining sealed.
· 2. Operating environment should have good ventilation and protect clean.
