Sơn cách điện xanh EL 609 là một sản phẩm sơn xịt cách điện hoàn hảo cho các cuộn dây motor điện, thiết bị điện,.. có khả năng chống dầu và nước, Chống ăn mòn, rỉ sét nhờ có pha trộn chất " Protectant".

Cách sử dụng sơn cách điện xanh

Bề mặt vật cần sơn cần phải được làm sạch sẽ, không dính dầu nhớt và bụi bẩn.

Nên sử dụng sản phẩm như Sprayon’s S00848, ( chế phẩm vệ sinh an toàn điện ) Solvent & Degreaser để làm sạch trước khi sơn.

Lắc kĩ bình xịt khoảng 1 phút. Giữ bình xịt ở khoảng cách từ 6 đến 8 inch so với bề mặt.

Tránh xịt liên tiếp nhiều lần. Có thể phủ một lớp mỏng lên bề mặt để cho sơn không chảy, nhằm tạo sự kết dính tốt nhất.

Để có kết quả tốt nhất, nên sử dụng trong nhiệt độ phòng 70°F-90°F. Sau khi xịt, lộn ngược bình và xịt cho đến khi sạch hết nhiên liệu.

p>Sprayon EL 609 Green Epoxy Insulating Varnish creates an extra hard tough surface that is oil-resistant and waterproof. Additional features of this formula are that it is high arc resistance and non tracking. It is a superior spray insulation for motor windings and electric components.

Instructions for Use:

Surface must be free of grease dirt and oil. Sprayon S00848 Flash Free Safety Solvent & Degreaser is recommended. Use in a well ventilated area. Shake can until ball rattles for 1 minute. Hold container upright 6-8 inches from the surface. Do not apply in continuous spray. To avoid runs apply several thins coats allowing paint film to become tacky between coats. For best results use at room temperature (70 degree F-90 degree F). After spraying turn can upside down and spray until clear propellant comes out.
